Systemizer mind mapping software new features and tweaks….

1) New Floating Nodes: New “floating” nodes feature and optional connect to specific nodes. Floating nodes is a node that can be placed and moved around on your work matt that has no connectors leading to other nodes unless selected to do so from right click or main top menu.

This is a Sweet new feature!

Examples:

* Create yourself mind map dashboards for repetitive tasks by creating floating nodes and inserting images into them like “Blog” , or  “Forum” that give easy access to files or links to places you login to often without having these connect to other nodes in your mind map. These nodes float and you can move these nodes around anywhere you want on your mind maps. Of curse you still have the ability to also include linking nodes on your maps too.

* Create step-b-step systems using floating nodes.

* Too many ways to list how you can use this new feature. Its actually the main reason I had this new version of the Systemizer developed.

2) Notes Now With Built In Browser! Completely reconstructed the Note area that you add to each node. Now the new formatting abilities in note area allows you to copy and paste outside text and html into the note area into your nodes. Has a built in browser!  You can edit your text like a word doc, AND insert and format html. This is extremely useful.

You can hyperlink text from note area to link to local files or to navigate Internet locations with its built in browser. For example You can copy and paste articles into the note area and save for future or copy and paste forum posts, news, etc. for reference later including their hyperlinks! Adjust Font size, Bold text, underline text, Italicized text, color picker text, alignment text. Add images. etc. (once you use the new note feature you’ll understand how powerful this will be for you)

Example:

* You can store information in the note area for your own reference later or for your project, etc.

* You can store information in the note area and send your mind map to employees, bosses, friends, etc with pertinent information they may need to get a job done or just to share

* We use this new note feature for storing and sending assignments to our outsource workers. AND they can send it back to us by adding their daily results!

3) New Ability to insert multiple hyperlinks into your nodes to more than one URL location or local file on your system

4) All mind maps now open at default to 75% instead of 100% (100% too large)

5) New Warning to save file when closing program when click on “X” on upper left corner

6) Removed the installation feature that currently makes the user who is running Windows Vista/windows 7 to right click the exe application and select to  “run program as administrator”. Now after the software is installed user does not have to right click and run as admin to get the software running.

7) Smaller changes: Added, removed, and or changed menu and right click links.

Other smaller tweaks you may or may not notice….

By creating yourself a central business hub on your computer you can create an extremely clear visual representation of how your business should look and run on a daily basis. It will leave you with no questions of what you should be doing in your business each day or what direction you should be going in your business to move it forward.

Creating a central hub in your business is much like mind mapping except you can link to all your files whether internally on your operating system or externally to websites to create your own personal “dashboard” with all the controls to run your business at a click of a mouse.

I actually discovered and created this unique twist on mind mapping myself while I was mind mapping some tasks and projects in my business.

So after my recent discovery of how I could actually use this to help streamline my business I recently converted my entire business by creating my own central business hub where I have a dashboard that I go to at the start of each day.

This central business hub leads me each day in a clear and concise manner that’s completely mapped out for my daily tasks and projects. Its much, much more than simple mind mapping though, Its a powerhouse control panel with absolutely every business function that I need to run my business smoothly each day.

I highly recommend that you create yourself your own central business hub with a control panel dashboard to help streamline your business.

Not only will the control panel help you save time by streamlining your business but you will no longer have any doubts of exactly what you need to do in your business each day to move it forward faster to the next level.

So If you would like me to help you take your business to the next level by mapping out and streamlining your business with a central business hub like the one I made for my business so you can stay laser focused and save ridiculous amounts of time, then become one of my students now by picking up my VIP coaching and training package.

Why The Gurus Are Wrong About Your Time Management

I’m sure you’ve read this online somewhere whether in the forums or some e-mail that you received from the guru “flavor of the month” preaching to you about your time management.

It goes something like this…..

The Gurus want you to believe that you should stop wasting your time by -

* Going to forums and hanging out reading and/or participating in discussions
* They tell you to stop reading your local and national news online
* They tell you to quit reading promotional e-mails that you get pounded with in your inbox every day and to unsubscribe to all the mailing lists that you’re on
* They’ say to stop reading blog posts after blog post

The ideology behind this is that if you were to quit “wasting your time” online that you get more accomplished in your business, thus increasing your traffic, your sales, and your profits.

Heres why that’s not only bad advice but can actually set you back and leave you clueless (literally)

Well here’s the deal….

- Let’s just say that you stopped going to forums reading and participating
- Let’s just say you stopped reading your local or national news online
- Let’s just say you stopped reading promotional e-mails and unsubscribed from all the lists that you’re on
- Let’s just say that you stop reading blog posts
- Let’s just say,…(well you get the picture)

Here’s what’ll happen In a few simple words….

You’d be clueless.

You would have no idea what’s going on, not only in your market, but in the world as well.

* You would no longer be able to to keep up on the latest trends and marketing techniques
* You would have no idea what the latest buzz is so you can tweak your marketing campaigns to coincide with the buzz or ride with it
* You would have no idea if you are launching a product of the same type, or at the same time as a similar product
* You’d be virtually shut down to the most powerful medium known to the world and your business would suffer massively
* Your competitors would pass you by and you’d be left in the virtual dust

Here’s what you should do instead

Analyze what you do on a daily basis and schedule a specific amount of time that you can devote to doing these tasks. Yes I do call these tasks because actually they’re very critical to your business no matter what niche you’re in.

But the trick is you have to put yourself on a short time scale by allocating 10, 15, or even 30 minutes for each of these type of daily tasks.

Map it out if you have to, in fact I highly suggest that you do that. Mind maps work great.

In fact a way that I set mind maps up is I make virtual task maps in a mind map program. So all you have to do is click on each task on the flowchart you’re taken directly to that task that has been pre-determined and allocated a specific amount of time.

Do this and you can’t go wrong, you’ll get the best of both worlds

You’ll be able to do the things that you not only enjoy doing but can also help you build your business no matter what niche you’re in.

If you’d like me to help you mind map your business so that you can start working laser targeted, streamline your workflow and increase your productivity then grab one of my coaching and training packages and I’ll work with you one-on-one.
