I finally succumbed to all the hype and social proof of Twitter by following the herd and taking the Twitter plunge.

I mean literally following the herd. When you join twitter all you have to do is find somebody in your niche who has lots of people following them, and then request that their followers follow you too.

Does this work?

Its only been a little over 24 hours and I already have 311 people following me. (by the time you read this it may be more)

Those numbers will only compound daily as they will for you too when you join Twitter. You’ll notice and increase in your traffic and your optins. Great way to get exposure and build your list.

Oh, almost forgot to tell you…..

In fact my outsourced workers all work from videos that I initially created for them. A very time-consuming initial task indeed but it does pay off in the long run because I just have to make the video once and they repeat the tasks over and over without them asking me a bunch of questions. I don’t even have to be online.

However there is a smarter way that you can do this….

You can obtain how-to videos that are already created, and pass those on to your outsourced workers. (This is what I do now).
This is working smarter not harder and is an excellent way to systemize and streamline your business to increase your profits.

You can also dramatically shortcut your research and learning curve without spending hours or days wandering aimlessly through forums and webpages to get answers to your Internet marketing questions by watching the “how to” videos yourself and implementing the tasks in your own business.

Let me give you an example of how I recently wasted my own time researching a task I needed completed.

I was setting up a new Joomla site and wanted to integrate Amember with it. Finding simple answers how to set up Amember with Joomla was like trying to find a needle in a haystack until I found some how-to videos that showed step-by-step how to do this. All I did was pass these videos along to my outsourced worker and I also learned a few things myself by watching the videos as well.

Maybe your case is different? Maybe you need to find out how to set up a MySQL database? a 404 error page, create a redirect link, use e-Bay, set up a WordPress blog & theme, or ????

Whatever your case, getting a good set of “how-to” videos for your business is really an all around win-win solution for moving your business forward to increase your profits instead of getting held back wasting your time with mundane day-to-day operations.
